Products with a manufacturing defect will be replaced by others with the same technical specification. When identifying the defect, the customer must manifest after receiving the goods via e-mail: email@example.com .
The cost of freight, if the manufacturing defect is proven, will be borne by Sera o Benedito at no cost to the customer. The customer will receive a reverse logistics label and must use it to post the product at a post office. For postage, the customer must pack the product with the same packaging that received the goods or in some other similar box and use the reverse logistics code that will have been sent by the company.
If the object of the return is no longer available in stock, the part may be replaced by another, subject to customer approval. If there is a difference in values between the pieces, it will be up to the customer to pay the excess amount.
Sera o Benedito wishes you complete satisfaction with its product. If not satisfied, the customer may request the return of the product within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org . In this case, there will be no shipping cost.
The refund of the value of the goods will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer in the purchase process and will be processed by their bank or payment provider. If you prefer, the customer can also choose another product from the site. However, all expenses related to the new shipping will be borne by the buyer.
It is worth remembering that all exchanges and returns are only made on pieces that are in the original conditions of receipt: dirty, used, washed, odorous or any alteration goods cannot be exchanged.
